#15 ISO-8859-1 character encoding not recognized

While parsing the attached XML document the following
exception was thrown:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: "Malformed UTF-8 char --
is an XML encoding declaration missing?".
But the XML document has a valid character encoding
declared. It seems that the used ISO-8859-1 encoding
was not recognized and thus RssView uses UTF-8 instead of.
