The Wikipedia page "Comparison of feed aggregators" lists RSSOwl as running on Android. Is this true? Can anyone give some pointers as to how to do this?
That depends on the processor architecture your Android device uses. According to http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ there is no stable port of Eclipse for ARM processor architecture. Since RSSOwl heavily depends on native code from Eclipse it should be very complicated to make RSSOwl run on ARM devices. If you use a Android device with x86 processor (e.g. Intel Atom) it might be possible to run RSSOwl just out of the box if a Java Runtime is installed. Try running RSSOwl from console and watch the output / log file.
