I just installed RSS Bandit 18.104.22.1682 msi installer package, told the
installer to install to C:\Program Files\RssBandit (default), but it always
installs to D:\ leading to a messed up D:\ root directory with all the RSS
Bandit files and directories there.
I already tried to supply another folder name within C:\Program Files and set
my user rights to Full Access to this folder (i.e. bypassing Windows 7's UAC
check), switched between install for everybody/just me, but no way.
My environment variables TEMP and TMP point to D:\temp, resp. (I can't change
that, since it is enforced by an Active Domain policy). My OS is Windows 7
Professional (32bit), English language.
Any guess on this?
Oh, I just installed it, using "Run as different user" and provided local
"Administrator" credentials: Now it correctly installed to C:\Program
Amazing that giving my user full access to this folder did not help.
