RFC 822 is not parsed correctly in pubDate for RSS 2.0
feeds

Using RSS 2.0:

If an item has a date that does not include seconds:

<pubDate>02 Apr 05 16:13 -0500</pubDate>

The date is not parse correctly and the current date is
used instead. However, this is a valid RFC 822 date.

Once the seconds are added, the date is parsed.

Perhaps this is due to .NET framework bugs wrt RFC
822 parsing. (There appear to be documented issues
with RFC 822 parsing in the .NET Framework.)

For an example of a feed that causes this problem, see:

http://www.tomshardware.com/hardnews/news.xml

The feed does not appear to be malformed.

Btw, need a category for thse kinds of problems...
