Launch RSS Bandit as a non-admin user.
You will be prompted with a dialog asking whether or not
you want RSS Bandit.
Click "OK"
You will receive the following error:
System report this error on attempt to set the default
Aggregator:
'Access to the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\feed
is denied.'
Also note the poor grammer and lack of sentence casing
in the error message.
I think it is trying to tell me:
The system reported an error while attempting to set
the default aggregator:
Logged In: YES
user_id=714452
Yes, right: this can only be done by an administrative
account, but need to set only once. Further that is not a
requirement to run RSS Bandit the normal way: what you will
missing is the ability to Right-Click within any IE instance and
select on a feed link "Subscribe in default aggregator" from
the context menu.
We will change any spelling, if wrong. But cannot do much at
this time to prevent it overall. Especially for an Security
exception you will now get a more detailed message and
some hints what to apply to make it run (was yet in the
current code base, but not for build 117).
Thanks for the report.

Perhaps you could fail over to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\feed
The intall could set the value globally, and each user could
answer this question for themselves.
