The resize gripper area in the lower-right corner of the
window frame visually appears like a standard gripper,
but in actuality the "hotspot" (where the mouse cursor is
responsive) is not the entire area like one would expect.
Instead the lower-right corner acts like it were not
gripper enabled, and requires you to position your mouse
cursor on the actual border of the window. Normally,
the appearance of the resize gripper implies that you
can position your mouse onto the portion of the status
bar that is occupied by the gripper, to make it easier to
resize.

I am seeing this on Windows XP SP2 and RSS Bandit
version 1.2.0.117, but I have seen this same behavior
with the last two previous versions of RSS Bandit too.
