Repro:
Windows Vista Ultimate
129 DPI

There is no way to view ones' feeds. THe tree-structure stays closed regardless of clicking on the minuscule newspaper image.

Discussion

  • I'm not aware that I have a custom DPI, but I can't open my "Abonnements" (german) tree, either...

    Also Vista Ultimate.

How can I find out my DPI?

    Workaround:
Wait a while (sorry, didn't measure this) and then double click on "My Fe"[eeds] or the newspaper icon.

I suppose this bug is really 2 issues then:
    1. Takes a long time to load the feeds
    2. No clear indication that double-clicking on the blue "My Fe"[eds] bar will let me read my feeds.

  • Other workaround:
    Downgrade ;)

  • SVN revision 890 contains some changes to get this issues fixed. I tested on a Vista Enterprise with 120DPI fonts configured, they render now correct.
Someone there that could test on the 129DPI system?

This actually got fixed a while ago when the little triangles were added.

I just tested it on the latest stable build and double-clicking on the little newspaper works too.

Just realized that there's one more thing to test:
I'm not sure what effect the Vista-style stretching has on RSS Bandit. Does it have a high-DPI aware manifest?

If it doesn't, then someone needs to test that. I tested it ona XP VM with 129 DPI because I've since changed computers.
