No

The --zoom switch doesn't seem to have any effect, the zoom level stays as it is without --zoom.

I'm using v2.9.3 on Fedora 20.

How exactly are you using it? It seems to be working correctly for me so please let me know the full command you're using to see if I can reproduce the problem.

    As simple as it gets:

    % roxterm --zoom 2

I just noticed something curious. If I start it normally (without "--zoom"), [Ctrl][+] and [Ctrl][-] increase/decrease the zoom level normally. However, when I start roxterm with e.g. "--zoom 2", then then press [Ctrl][+] once, the zoom level gets set to something very big (200% + 1 step, presumably) immediately.

(Sorry for the slow reply; SF.net issues don't seem to support CC lists.)

    roxterm --zoom 2

works OK for me too :-(. I could try adding some debugging log messages if you can pull from git and build it yourself.
