Hi, well yes its me again :)
i think i found a solution to the pinboard problem with rox and amiwm, but i'm mnot sure where and how to patch since i'm not a programmer.
maybe some of you can give me a hint :)
however, after diging around the net i found this:
From the xscreensaver docu.
To use a program as a screensaver, two things are
required: that that program draw on the root win?
dow (or be able to be configured to draw on the
root window); and that that program understand
``virtual root'' windows, as used by virtual win?
dow managers such as tvtwm(1). (Generally, this
is accomplished by just including the "vroot.h"
header file in the program's source.)
And i found the vroot.h files, they are located here:
so, what i'm wondering, where do i have to modify the code? can it be done in rox itself (still using 1.2 series here) or do i have to modify gtk somehow?

Try the 1.3.x series of the filer. It now uses a full-screen window, which
seems to work better.
amiwm is still ignoring the hint that says not to draw a titlebar, but at
least there's only one now...
