You might want to change the icon size without resizing the window, but
you'd never want to double click without resizing because it doesn't do

It doesn't, but we'd still want to be able to do it. Eg, moving Create
Thumbs to the File menu wouldn't be good, as you'd have to Select All
first (or maybe that's OK?).
