This ends up being equivalent to the solution I suggested on the fluxbox mailing list. Perhaps as a longer term thing, the AppDir standard could take this into account? Or should it just be a strong suggestion to follow this pattern with future versions of Rox applets? I would vote for one of these two things happening. The inability to differentiate AppRun processes and windows is in the nuisance category. :) Most users will be annoyed by having to perform this tweak themselves on all installed applets.
