[rox-devel] Announcing SysBars panel applet

I've written a new panel applet called SysBars. It's for showing CPU,
memory and swap usage, and disk and net throughput - a bit like a
compact subset of gkrellm for your ROX panel. It only works on Linux at
the moment but should be easy to port to other platforms.

For downloads go to the address in my .sig and follow the links via
Software -> ROX bits or go straight to
