I wouldn't go that far (yet) but an overlay (especially > for transport keys, tools keys) would make a lot of sense. Not a bad idea in theory. I still have a keyboard with a Word Perfect 5.1 function key template on it. However, I have at least half a dozen keyboards here at the house, and no two of them are sufficiently similar to make any kind of template useful. Variations in key spacing and layout. M$'s new style Natrual Keyboard is especially funky. (I hate that thing. Wish I could buy another old one like the one I use every day.) > > Even a printable PDF file would be cool for the pin-board on the wall... > > Yep, that too. A printable PDF with what on it? Just text, or text and graphics, what? You could hand out printed/bound copies of the full blown tutorial too. If you intend to do such a thing, it might be the kick start I need to get writing again. The stuff I'm using now (htmldoc) produces a lovely .pdf as well as the web site. -- Michael McIntyre ---- Silvan <dmm...@us...> Linux fanatic, and certified Geek; registered Linux user #243621 http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/5407/ |
