In Notation editor I'd like the following additional functions/
types for accidentals:
force accidental, accidental in parentheses, note in
parentheses.

  • We have some control over, ugh, what do we call them... I forget, but we've had some controllable rules for when to draw an accidental in parentheses for a long time now. Note in parentheses is not an "accidental" but something entirely different (and very unlikely to manifest.) I'm not sure if there are ever circumstances when it's impossible to force an accidental, but I bet I could always find a way if I really wanted to.

    I think this is as close as we'll ever come to fulfilling this one.
