#106 Notation: Nested tuplets, e.g. triplets of triplets of notes
It would be useful to be able to write tuplets of
tuplets of notes and rests (nested tuplets) on a score
in RG, instead of just tuplets of notes and rests.
For an example of some music with triplets of triplets
of notes, see bars 73 and 74 of the Tchaikovsky Op.75
No.3 piano concerto in E-flat major (sample of score
provided by Russell Miller:

which illustrates both the use of three triplets of
three triplets of 1/8th notes (quavers) and,
incidentally, the art of cross-staff beams (the notes
and their beams in each beamed triplet span the gap
