#2 Keep window size of "New battle" window

I almost always change the size of the "New battle
window" so I can more easily see the bot names and
more bots at the same time (scrolling is no fun). But the
window size is reset every time it is opened. Would be
nice if it remembered the size. (store it in the Java
Preferences API for example).

This issue has now been solved. A couple of bugs has been
solved meaning that the window properties were saved, but
not loaded correctly.

This fix is included in the next release of Robocode.
