Roadnav v0.19 and LibRoadnav v0.19 released

Roadnav/LibRoadnav v0.19 has been released. Roadnav is an open source street navigation solution capable of running on a variety of operating systems. This is another bug fix release with some minor i18n and ./configure tweaks. Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) .deb packages are also available now. This will probably be the last release in a while as I need to focus on some other projects going forward.
