This is supposed to be a polymeric structure, but the brackets to denote a polymer have been removed during the pH 7.3 adjustment. Hence the UniProt name will be that for the disaccharide rather than the polymeric compound. What should I do with this?

Discussion

  • Dear Steve,

    I don't know.

It is a polymer we need. If it is no longer a polymer, we have currently no use for it, and I have no idea what ChEBI would do with such a compound.

  • Dear Steve,

If it is no longer a polymer then I suppose the acid-base relationship with 18250 is wrong?
