I usually save to .wav format for compatibility with gcdmaster, which allows
me to make multiple versions of a concert/recital, etc., without actually
altering the original .wav file. Organizers, concert sponsors, performers and
audience members seem to want wildly different things included in their
"version" of the program, especially with regard to introductory material and
On the other hand, the option of a separate peak file would be nice for
compatibility with both .wav and .flac formats.
Anything that speeds up the loading of these long files will be gratefully
appreciated, although ReZound remains quite useable at the present speed.
