It would be nice to be able to export cue list as as a
text file.

what format should the file be in? Is there a standard
format that other editors use? Should import be an option
    as well?

What might the file be used for?

It should export as a txt file format that can be imported
again by rezound, and be opened in a text editor and ready
    for readable printout.
Also it would be nice to export it to others programs cue
    lists, for example: audacity.
Importing/exporting cue list would be very handy for dealing
with different versions of the same audio file.
