#2 Support Oracle BLOB datatype

REXX/SQL works with CLOB datatype, but for BLOB it gets the error on a fetch:

SQLERRM: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected NUMBER got BLOB

with version

rexxsql 2.5 15 Oct 2006 UNIX Oracle

using Oracle 9i 9.2.0.6
under AIX 5.3.
