#231 In "View All" filter issue

1. Go to "View All" section and in "Assignet to" choose "blank"
2. There are a lot of blank "Assigned To" inputs but only 1 is shown

    This is not actually a problem. In the test server there is a user with a blank name, who is shown in the search.
    Now it is changed to show '-' when no assigned user is selected in the search in order to differentiate.
