I have managed to Compile RC using VSOT SE and Office 2007 Interapts,
and it sync google calendar one way...
Problem it doesn't post anything back to Google Cal, can some one point me into
right direction where this happens in code, so i don't have spend few days tring
to find this!
Never mind... i got it to work it just a but it is cludgy....
For people looking for Google Calendar publishing URL:
http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/<your gmail email>/private/full
also need to publish before loading or you going to loose some changes...
Time zone seems to be wrong as well...
I have Recompiled the code with latest from SVN + Google API + VSOT SE, and it seems to work...
If you are willing to try and report back, here is the new installer...
I did pretty much the same as you, except I gave up a little earlier.
If the project leader is reading this, maybe it could be an idea to take some more help.
I think this is a definitively good plugin, except it does not synchronise both way and it does not manage correctly enough multiple calendars.
If you open the team, you could get some help.
may I ask you how you get it into Outlook?
I cannot figure that out. I tried the advanced COM component menu without success.
Let me know,
if you are using VS you can right click on "RemoteCalendarsSetup" and chose install from the menu.
if you have build "RemoteCalendarsSetup" project you should have the "setup.exe" in the output folder.
Hope it helps, let me know how it goes...
I am using Outlook 2007, Windows 7 and after installing the Remote Calender, don't see the button on Outlook!!!
Who can assist?
Your help is appreciated in advance.
