Mostly internal change plus some bug fixes, driven by Daisuke.

One visible change is that the variable name to access NGCCRuntime is changed from "runtime" to "$runtime$.

A temporary bug-fix version is released.
This version includes the following changes:

- internal change to the code generation mechanism.
- bug fixes in action assocation

An intermediate version with bug fixes is released.

This version comes with a lot of improvements:

The compiler becomes smarter, it generates correct code, the runtime has refactored, a lot of new annotation attributes are added, not to mention the new text-based syntax that reduces typing.
