There is no definition of what a comment is. In particular, what the starting
or ending deliminter is, where it can be placed, if the delimiters can be split
(broken up) across record broundries or arithmetic operators, if they need
white space, how big a (spanning) comment can be, etc. Also, some
discussion on nested comments would be appropriate. The only place
that has stuff on comments (other than sporadic examples in other
discussions) is the topic on the tracing (TRACE) of comments.

Also, the short ditty on -- (minus minus) type comments doesn't mention
that there can be REXX code before the -- (minus minus). So the
addition of -- type comments now invalidate the use of a uniary
negative (but not a uniary positive). Indeed, there is no mention of
what a minus minus comment is (how it is delineated/defferentiated
from REXX source text).
