In the Regina PDF documenatation for D2C big, the pentultimate sentence states:
unsigned numbers, and the result will have no leading <nul> characters.
Two issues: Rexx doesn't have any <nul> characters, which is different
than a nullstring.
Nowhere is a <nul> character defined in the PDF document, so I can only
assume that it the meaning that (for instance) the 'C' language has.
I assume the writer meant .... no leading '00'x characters ?
Also, it states:
If length is specified [,] the string returned will be length bytes long, with
This should be explained.
Also, the pad character used to extended the string is a '00'x.
