version 0.3 released

Now RegexpPlugin has its own Maven-based site.
Click on "Project Home page" or go to "http://regexpplugin.sourceforge.net".
Besides that, this new release adds a new class, Helper, that includes a convenient "replaceAll" method. Eventually will be the class to improve by adding other stateless methods.
