    Hi all,

    Is it possible to search for multiple authors with show.php?

    Example: show.php?author=mock or amstrong or bennet

    Is it possible? How?

    Yes, this is possible, though it requires the use of a little regular expression pattern: The alternation metacharacter (i.e. the pipe character: |) allows you to match either the part that's left from the pipe character or the one that's right to it.

    So, your example would read (in its unencoded form):

        show.php?author=mock|armstrong|bennet

    However, as with any URL, the values of the query parameters must be URL encoded, so this would give us:

        show.php?author=mock%7Carmstrong%7Cbennet
