#41 vandermonde not working if one element is zero

I would expect vandermonde({0,2}) to return

mat((1 ,0),(1, 2))

but it says that 0^0 is invalid instead. This might be intentional (in such case I'm sorry for bothering you), but it would be nicer to use 1s in first column than x^0.

    Hi Zbynek,

    you're right of course. I corrected the error in the linalg package: it will now have 1s in the first column of the vandermonde matrix.
