#30 Default template for commits is not parseable by Redmine

I know you can customize commit template inside eclipse, but I don't see the point of having a default template that will never be parsed by Redmine changeset.rb class.
Changing keywords in redmine configuration is easy, but with the current templete you still need to add a # in front of the task id, so if there is some way to modify that from the plugin (even if it is changing the id of the task objecto to #id) so there is no need to modify the default template in every deploy of the plugin to get the correct integration.

    where <keyword> is bug,refs,references,IssueID

    This plugin match the comments without # prefix.
