#2 Velocity Help screen "broken"

The help screen for installing Velocity appears to leave something out with item 2. below.

It is not clear if the user should copy the entire Velocity directory to the RecordEditor lib directory, or only the two velocity jar files.

It looks like a phrase or sentence of explanation is missing.

I tried just the two jar files, and it appears to work.

Velocity is not Installed

Velocity has not been installed into the record editor.
You must

1. Download velocity from http://velocity.apache.org/
2. one of the following

* to the RecordEditor lib directory.
* Point the record editor at the Jars using the Edit Startup Options programs.
* Add the 2 jars into the Jars file FullEditorFiles.txt in <Home>/RecordEditor directory.

I will update the text in the program,

The answer is there are 2 Velocity Jars that need to be added to
the lib directory (or defined in Jars file).

I have created a download file ru_velocity_1.4.zip as part of
version 0.62 release that holds the 2 Jars. just copy the
contents of the lib directory in the ru_velocity_1.4.zip file to the RecordEditor/lib directory

I will add this file to version 0.65 release
