I didn’t get how to use russian version for windows application.
Could you help me with this I copied files to program directory, but still it doesn’t work.
what else must I do, or I missed something?

Which version of readesm are you using? Russian localization is not available in versions before 2011.12pre1.
(I am not the main developer of readesm, and I do not know all the details of the program. So maybe my advice is not perfect.)
Is the menu structure in Russian (like "Файл" instead of "File")? Then localization should be working fine. Do not let the welcome screen confuse you. That will be still in English (translation would be welcome). Everything else should be in Russian (especially the whole evaluation).
If nothing shows up in Russian, then something went wrong. Usually, downloading the zip archive and unpacking it should work. The directory structure should look like this:

I am using 2011.12pre1 version. menu structure is in english and nothing changes after I double click on russian icon in translation folder. I have tried all other translations (es,de etc.) but it did not work as well.
My os is windows 7. I've tried it on XP but result is the same.
