We have a Windows 2003 server and I'm trying to use rdesktop to
connect to it from a FreeBSD running X. However, upon authentication I
get an error message saying that I must have Terminal Server User
Access permissions and that I have to be a member of the Remote
Desktop Users group. Adding me to that group doesn't help (even adding
me as Domain Admin) and our Windows admin says it has something to do
with the NTLMv2 authentication being enabled on the Win2k3 server.
I'm asking if this has something to do with NTLMv2 and rdesktop
not supporting it?
I'm using rdesktop 1.4.1, installed from FreeBSD's ports.
