Hi, i have been trying to connect rdesktop v1.8.2 to a VRDP server of VirtualBox 4.3 over an encrypted channel. The connection is established over TLS. In VBox.log i see "VRDP: Using TLS connection" and rdesktop says "Connection established using SSL". The problem is that the rdesktop window is fully black and it accepts no input from the keyboard, e.g. the connection to the VRDP server is totally frozen. This effect is in place when the VRDP's "Security/Method" is set either to "TLS" or to "Negotiate" - both specify usage of TLS encryption, if it is supported by both ends. In these cases VDRP reports "Enhanced RDP Security" upon connection establishment. If i set the VRDP's "Security/Method" to "RDP". The connection to the VRDP server is established successfully, i can control the remote machine over rdesktop, but VRDP reports "Standard RDP Security", which is not something targeted by me. Would someone be able to help me to solev this issue ? Thanks, Vladimir |
