#68 Command line uniformity issues

Hi Folks,

Awesome! Love rDesktop.

Had some command line issues

1) the -d: <domain> option seemed to require "-d: <domain>" (ie.
minus 'd', colon, space, <domain>) whereas the -g option only
worked with "-g <w%>" (ie. minus 'g' space <width in percent>)

Shouldn't they both match?

2) The -g option worked with percentages, but not with WxH

The issues you describe are not present in any modern
versions of rdesktop.
