I saw some of the %'s of the "are you using 1.1 or 1.0" and it seemed like
the majority are now using VS2003/.net 1.1 and around 20-30% are using
For those of you that develop in VS2003, it can be a pain to commit to cvs
as you have to ask someone to save update the VS2002 file (And it can be a
hassle for the person that has to do this updating).
I've done some searching and come across this tool:
It's a simple tool that converts a VS2003 solution and it's projects to
VS2002 format. So before you commit, run this tool, commit the solution
files (Don't commit your 1.1 dlls and remember to tell people that they need
to rebuild the solution) and your changes, and then open up your solution to
continue working (VS2003 will upgrade the solution back to VS2003 format).
Hope this helps some of you.
