[Rainbowportal-localization] New language resources

Hi all,
I have spent some time in merging all translations I received.
I hope I have not missed any ;)

In attach you will find the last updates including:

no Norwegian update (Glenn Fl=E5ten [gle...@ho...])
uk Ukranian (Serg Michkovsky [mic...@sw...])
sl Slovene (Bostjan Kezmah [bk...@ho...])
tr Turkish (Ozan Sirin [oza...@ya...])

It contains also the string for the Tasks and the SendThoughts modules =
in
English, French and Danish.
Marc B. did all the translation - except the Danish, by Jakob Hansen

Before fixing translation I think it is better starting with new =
revision
key plan as James suggested.

Text files are easy to search and replace.
