[Rainbowportal-devel] rainbow pre-release questions

Hiya,

I'm installing from scratch rather than upgrading, and on extraction, the
zip creates two root folders...
Rainbow + BankGateway.

Is the BankGateway folder expected to be a separate IIS application, or
should it be held within the Rainbow root?
