I think you need to set something

CSOUND_LIBRARY_DIR=/usr/local/lib/something

CSOUND_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/local/include/csound

 

... dependig of course where you csound6 installation is.

If you still get errors, please send what are the messages and what is output of your qmake command.
