Hi Adam,
In the first filled form "test_filled1.pdf" first question "The first part of matrix question"  first box is checked.
In the first filled form "test_filled1.pdf" second question "The second question in matrix question"  second box is checked.

Would you be kind to tell me what values are stored in database in this case.
