Nevermind that last question.  I should have dug into the code more and saw that you'd be passing the FID instead of just the QID.

So related to that question though, is there any way *through the web interface* to only output the data for one form instead of all of them for a questionnaire?

If you have a chance to look at the code - you would just need to call
the "import" function from functons.import.php with the filename of
the PDF. Also you would need to modify it to return the FID of the
imported form. Then call the function "outputdatacsv" from
functions.output.php giving the fid and setting "unverified" to true.
That would give you the data.
