In .zip files are downloadable and can be used. in 'device model' section of examples there is a model of 'shot.sch' want to run it. actually diode shot noise want to see how it varies with bias current. All these i just to simulate so that later can tell students too while giving examples of these things. Another question regarding 'noise spectra' Is it possible that to see noise in time domain. I want to do something like this, generate two white noise sources. (but i dont know that current noise in qucs is like that) and then want to do some cross correlation. we do this kind of experiment. we take the time traces and measure the auto correlation and cross correlation. want to try this thing with simulation. would be grateful if you can help in this issue.
