With some effort it could be fully implemented in the GUI. The new component (voltmeter) just needs to add a new equation line to the netlist, something like: Eqn:Eqn1 Export="yes" Voltage1.Vt="_net0.Vt_net1.Vt" Following things must be considered meanwhile in the above line: Eqn1  unique identfier in the schematic Voltage1  probably some proberty (or name?) of the voltmeter _net0/_net1  the two nodes the voltmeter is connected to  if one of the nodes is gnd, then "_net0.Vt" ("_net1.Vt") is sufficient (if both "0" is sufficient) .Vt  depending on the kind of simulation(s) Voltage1.Vt="_net0.Vt_net1.Vt" AND/OR Voltage1.V="_net0.V_net1.V" AND/OR Voltage1.v="_net0.v_net1.v" must be added How do you like this idea? Hi Stefan, thanks. So, the advantage at Qucs is to handle the linear parts against the timedomain SPICE. The handling nonlinear part is almost same, right ?
