Dear QUCS developers, I'm working on improving the radiometer model already present in the qucs examples page, I need to develop a rectangular waveguide component model. The model should be able to work with QUCS DC and AC simulations with noise, transient is not necessary. The input parameters should be: * a, b: dimensions * L: length * sigma: resistivity of the material * epsilon: dielectric constant of the material I've started analyzing the transmission line component tline.cpp, the implementation is understandable, but I cannot find waveguide equations in the right formulation for using them in QUCS. Could you please provide some help? About connections of the rectangular waveguide with other components it is not a problem for my application because all the other components are represented as Sparameters files, and they actually represent devices with a waveguide interface. Next I'd like to build a rectangular waveguide component able to take into account a linear temperature gradient along its length.
