You can have a look in the "Component Library", you find it under the
"Tools" menu entry (Ctrl+4).

Then select the "Transistors" library and have a look, if you find your
model...

Hope this helps,
Stefan.

Thanks, it is not listed in the Component Library. Here is a small data
sheet on the transistor:

Part Number = 2N306
Manufacturer Name = Various
Description = Ge NPN Lo-Pwr BJT
V(BR)CEO (V) = 15
V(BR)CBO (V) = 20
I(C) Abs.(A) Collector Current = 2.0m
Absolute Max. Power Diss. (W) = 50m
I(CBO) Max. (A) = 50u
@V(CBO) (V) (Test Condition) = 20
h(fe) Min. SS Current gain. = 25
@I(C) (A) (Test Condition) = 1.0m
@V(CE) (V) (Test Condition) = 6.0
@Freq. (Hz) (Test Condition) = 270
f(T) Min. (Hz) Transition Freq = 600k
@I(C) (A) (Test Condition) = 1.0m
@V(CE) (V) (Test Condition) = 6.0
Package = TO-22
Military = N

Do you think I can make a model from this? It is an older transistor and
searching the web hasn't turned up any models.

Thanks in advance,
