#169 Missing midi notes on external midi input

Hi!

The platform is linuxmint 17.1 64-bits running version 0.6.7.
I'm using an external sequencer to drive qtractor as a plugin host, and whenever two notes of the same midi pitch are input, the second one would not sound or be shorter than it's actual length value.

I've tried with different sequencers both software and hardware and the same behaviour shows up.

Let me know of any further info I can provide to help solve the issue.

Further investigation gives that the problem appears when the repeated notes are contiguous, that is, there is no space between the last note's noteoff and the new one's noteon.
I've tried this with different synth plugins, and it doesn't appear to be linked to them.
Also, the same problem occurs on other laptops running different debian versions.
