#202 Image rotation does not honor exif orientation

Exiftool reports orientation of 270 CW for the source images.
So you would need to rotate 90 degrees counter clock wise to get the original orientation.
But the resulting hdr image has the bottom side up, top side down.

3 bracketed raw images in srw format
converted using "tools - batch hdr" (but also applies to the interactive dialog)
auto align with hugin's align image stack
saved in hdr format

When taking a look at the temporary tiff files from raw conversion, the left side is at the bottom (instead of the right side as in the source - so they seem to be rotated 180 degrees)
If the auto align option is off this is also the orientation of the final hdr image - which is not right either.

Environment: windows 7 x64, luminance hdr 2.4.0
Note: this worked fine in the previous version 2.3.1

see attached screenshots for the orientation of
    - the source image
    - the raw converted image
    - the final hdr image

Thank you for your help, there was indeed a problem with raw files. It's fixed in master, will be in 2.4.1.
