Presentation ___________________________

Kiwix is a free portable wikipedia offline reader, for linux, windows and mac os X.


Installation ___________________________

 * Windows : no installation. Run kiwix.exe
 * Linux : copy kiwix-installer-linux in your home directory and execute it. On most distributions, you may not execute kiwix.sh neither kiwix-installer-linux from the cdrom device. Running kiwix-installer-linux will install kiwix in your home directory.
 * Max OS X : install the mac os package kiwix.macosx.pkg. The cd must be available during the installation. It's volume name has to be Kiwix-0.5
