#17 [in 1.2.3] Invalid html for mod_autorespond

The autoresponder modification page has some invalid
html. There were two <td> tags that should have been
</td> (fixed in template.c) and there were 3 extra
closing tags for </td>, </tr>, </table> (fixed in
html/mod_autorespond.html). I also moved the
<div>[links]</div> code to the inner table to maintain
consistnecy with other pages.
