#32 Add DrawTextW

It would be useful to draw unicode strings onto a dc.

DrawText does not accept Unicode strings.

DrawTextW is avalable on NT, 2000 and XP.

Sorry but I am not capable of trying to do this myself.

    I'm interested to know why you need this. If you pass a
    unicode object now an mbcs encoded string should be passed
    to Windows, which means most Unicode characters can be sent.
    I'm interested to know if this is unsuitable for some
    reason (mainly so I can understand the issues involved!)

    Sorry - my mistake - you did say "DrawText does not accept
    Unicode strings" and you are correct. This can be fixed to
    do what I thought it did :)
